Foundations of YogaA great class for beginners and those who prefer a slower approach. You will build awareness and strength and create a sense of ease in your body and mind.
Power Yoga for AthletesThis heat-building, high energy flow class will strengthen and balance your muscles, increase your range of motion, and enhance lung capacity through powerful breathing techniques! The sequences focus on hips and hamstrings.
Yin YogaA deep practice focusing on breath and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to release tension and stress stored in the connective tissues in the lower body specifically the hips and hamstrings. This is a perfect complement to a vinyasa practice.

Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Master Class is a well rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living. The class is intended to invigorate your body and help you develop a calm, less reactive state of mind. In a Power Yoga workshop, you are encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy and benefit from the workshop.

A Power Yoga Master Class typically includes:
- 1 hour lecture about basic philosophy and fundamentals
- 2 hour physical practice incorporating principles from the lecture

Ayurveda Workshop: The Ayuvedic Clock

The Ayurvedic Clock is a tool that guides us towards living a balanced life. Every day we face the pressures and consequences of a fast-paced culture, experiencing unpleasant symptoms of not getting a good night's sleep, eating hastily or feeling the effects of seasonal affective disorder. Creating a routine in sync with the season and time of life can invite more balance and less disruption into our lives.
In this workshop, you will learn certain self-care practices that you can incorporate into your lifestyle in order to live more in line with nature's rhythms. We will discuss and practice meditation, pranayama and postures that can used to correspond to the six zones of each 24-hour day. Cost: $25
