Hour of Power
A 60-minute version of Power Vinyasa Flow.
Vinyasa
Join Adriana for this invigorating yoga class that combines strength, focus and breath to build inner and outer vitality. Sequences based in the style of yoga teacher Bryan Kest.
Community Class
Taught like an Hour of Power class, but a donation-based format. These "Practice for a Purpose" donations will benefit local charities.
Strength & Stillness
A strong 40-minute vinyasa followed by 40 minutes of Guided Yoga Nidra.
Foundations of Yoga
A great class for beginners and those who prefer a slower approach. You will build awareness and strength and create a sense of ease in your body and mind.<\p>
Power Yoga for Athletes
This heat-building, high energy flow class will strengthen and balance your muscles, increase your range of motion, and enhance lung capacity through powerful breathing techniques! The sequences focus on hips and hamstrings.
Rock Your Asana
Let go of the week and welcome the weekend with an uplifting yoga class set to fun music.

Explore the foundations needed to master crow, side crow, flying crow and other arm balances in this fun workshop.

Many thanks to all the participants at our recent yoga charity event known as Barefoot Ball of Chester County! We raised over $2800 for Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) - which empowers all women affected by breast cancer to live as long as possible with the best quality of life!
We are now gearing up for the next LBBC event known as Yoga On The Steps. On May 19, we'll gather with a thousand other yogis and practice together on the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum. It is a powerful and inspiring event! Consider joining the Seva Power Yoga Team. We would love to down-dog with you!

At Seva Power Yoga, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, especially students. Our student class rate is $10.
Additionally, we offer donation-based classes to students at the following times: Monday 12-1, Wednesday 12-1 and Friday 12-1. Pay what you can afford.
