Community ClassTaught like an Hour of Power class, but a donation-based format. These "Practice for a Purpose" donations will benefit local charities.
Prenatal YogaIn this hour-long class learn body awareness and self-observation, improve sleep and relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance needed for childbirth, decrease low back pain and swelling/inflammation around your joints, learn breathing techniques that will help with pregnancy, labor, and motherhood; and meet other pregnant women and create a support network and sense of community!
Foundations of YogaA great class for beginners and those who prefer a slower approach. You will build awareness and strength and create a sense of ease in your body and mind.<\p>
Rock Your AsanaLet go of the week and welcome the weekend with an uplifting yoga class set to fun music.
Yin YogaA deep practice focusing on breath and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to release tension and stress stored in the connective tissues in the lower body specifically the hips and hamstrings. This is a perfect complement to a vinyasa practice.

Class is held on Sundays from 12-1pm. Here are some benefits of prenatal yoga:
Fees are the same as regular classes: $13/drop-in, $60/5-class card, $110/10-class card
At Seva Power Yoga, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, especially students. Our student class rate is $10.
Additionally, we offer donation-based classes to students at the following times: Monday 12-1, Wednesday 12-1 and Friday 12-1.
