The most noticeable feature of the Panacea template is its Background Rotator below the header. This is a Gantry Feature which offers basic background rotator functionality with content calling controls. Load articles from a set category/section and select images from the background manager to fully control the effect, it is very simple.
The Background Rotator Manager is the administrator based control which determines which background images appear in the rotator. Simply go to Admin → Template Manager → rt_panacea_j15 → Settings → Rotator and select the Manage button to load the Background Rotator Manager. The manager operates as follows:

Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Master Class is a well rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living. The class is intended to invigorate your body and help you develop a calm, less reactive state of mind. In a Power Yoga workshop, you are encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy and benefit from the workshop.

- 1 hour lecture about basic philosophy and fundamentals
- 2 hour physical practice incorporating principles from the lecture

Ayurveda Workshop: The Ayuvedic Clock

The Ayurvedic Clock is a tool that guides us towards living a balanced life. Every day we face the pressures and consequences of a fast-paced culture, experiencing unpleasant symptoms of not getting a good night's sleep, eating hastily or feeling the effects of seasonal affective disorder. Creating a routine in sync with the season and time of life can invite more balance and less disruption into our lives.
In this workshop, you will learn certain self-care practices that you can incorporate into your lifestyle in order to live more in line with nature's rhythms. We will discuss and practice meditation, pranayama and postures that can used to correspond to the six zones of each 24-hour day. Cost: $25
